Royal Mail distribution campaigns typically take 3–4 weeks, with design and print averaging 1 week turnaround. Get in touch today with your requirements, we can provide a tailored turnaround time for your design, print and distribute campaign.

On our standard turnaround, during busy periods we complete at least one batch of amendments every 24 hours. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am–7pm.

Do I pay VAT? - in most cases, leaflets are zero-rated for VAT, so no VAT is charged. However, if your leaflet includes a voucher (e.g., ‘Get XX off’), a section for the reader to write on, or a cut-out section, HMRC considers VAT payable.
